Pro-Bono Coaching Scholarship
(Q2 2026)

Investing in Women in Cybersecurity

As a former woman in Cybersecurity, I know the landscape. I know the pressure, the pace, and the unique challenges of navigating this industry. Coaching was the tool that helped me bridge the gap between where I was and where I wanted to be.

To pay that forward, I offer one complimentary coaching package every quarter to a woman currently navigating the mid-career stage in Cyber.

The Details:

  • Who: Women in mid-career Cybersecurity.

  • What: A comprehensive 6-session coaching engagement.

  • When: Q2 2026 (April – June).

  • Cost: Pro-bono (scholarship based).

Please note: Due to the depth of this work, I can only select one individual per quarter. I review every application personally to find the best fit for the upcoming cycle.

Thank you for your interest in this scholarship program.

The application process for Q2 has closed. Please check back in June for the Q3 spot and in the meantime, do reach out using the form here to inquire about paid coaching openings. Tiered pricing options are available.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? Take a look at the FAQ or reach out anytime. If you’re feeling ready, go ahead and apply.

  • In the context of this scholarship, I typically look for women with 10–15 years of professional experience. You’ve moved past the "learning the ropes" phase and are now navigating the complexities of influence, politics, and high-level strategy within the Cyber landscape.

  • This is strictly Growth Coaching. This program is for high-performers who are already delivering results but want to change how they show up—perhaps to increase their impact, manage systemic pressure more sustainably, or prepare for a C-Suite trajectory.

  • Vague goals like "I want to be more confident" are hard to move in 6 sessions. I look for behavior-sized goals. For example: "I want to stop over-preparing for board meetings so I can focus on executive presence" or "I want to delegate technical tasks more effectively so I can lead strategically."

  • We won't just look at your calendar; we’ll look at your Internal Landscape. This involves identifying the "scripts"—the underlying beliefs or default reactions—that drive your behavior. This requires a high level of self-reflection and a willingness to be challenged.

  • Because this is a short, 6-session sprint, you need a place to practice. If you are currently between roles or on an extended leave, this might not be the right time. You need a "live" environment (a team, a project, or a set of stakeholders) to run behavioral experiments between our calls.

  • Absolutely. As a coach, I adhere to strict confidentiality standards. Your application data is viewed only by me and is used solely to determine fit for this specific quarterly spot.

  • Beyond our bi-weekly sessions, you should budget 60–90 minutes per week for "The Work"—this includes reflection and practicing new behaviors in your "Lab."
